The hotel clearly needs updating. But the manager Kim, and her staff are EXCELLENT! They are superior in handling any situation that comes their way related to hotel conditions.

Upon arrival AC was not working in lobby or any hallways. They had box fans plugged in the wall. Very warm! Pool was not working. 1/3 full of water. Change machine broken. Men's restroom urinal out of order. No detergent available in guest laundary.

The room smelled like mildew The attendant checking us in was very slow The pool was closed They want us to use the same towel for three days ! GROSS ! The breakfast was awesome
