The breakfast was good and my kids enjoyed the pool. One of the front desk staff, Ms. Barbara, was extremely nice during my check in.

Room was not the best. The knob to the sink was broke. One of the things that you hang things on by the wall was broke. When I checked out the lady at the front desk tried to charge me again for my stay after I already paid through booking.com

The staff were awesome.

Everything was great. The breakfast was delicious. Everyone was really nice. The only thing was they couldn't get my two rooms close together they were on separate floors. My brother is handicapped and I have to take care of him but he wanted his own room. It worked out but I did worry a bit.

I booked a room at this hotel through Booking.com about two weeks before my trip. Soon after, I realized I needed to change the reservation to a day earlier due to a change in my travel plans. When I called the hotel to explain, I was met with confusion and poor customer service. The receptionist immediately cut me off and said they don’t make any changes for bookings paid in full through third-party sites. I clarified that I used Booking.com, but she repeatedly referred to Expedia instead, despite me correcting her multiple times. It was clear she didn’t understand the difference, which made the conversation frustrating and unproductive. When she finally asked for my name to look up the reservation, she couldn’t find it—again insisting it was likely because I booked through Expedia. I had to spell my name several times before she finally located my booking. About 30 minutes later, she called me back and said she had spoken to the manager, and there was nothing they could do. I explained that Booking.com had told me any changes would need to be handled by the hotel directly, especially since the hotel showed availability for the date I needed. Still, she insisted they would not accommodate the change. Later, I stopped by the hotel in person with my wife and two young kids, hoping for a more helpful response. The receptionist I spoke with wasn’t the same person from the phone but said she was aware of the situation. She pulled out a handwritten note with my name misspelled and showed me a highlighted message from the manager stating they would not change the date and essentially, “too bad.” I showed her the email from Booking.com stating that the hotel could modify the booking if rooms were available—which they were—but she still refused to help. I even asked if they could offer any sort of discount if I booked a new night on the spot, and she said no. In the end, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

The staff especially the front desk manager Zio and the breakfast captain ladies were so friendly and welcoming.
