Check in was quick and the staff were kind

Needed a little maintenance. The faucets were loose toilet seat was loose and the swimming pool paint was chipping at the bottom of the water. But the staff was excellent

Rooms were clean and nice

I give this stay a mixed review. Welcome cookies were a nice touch but our room type wasn’t available when we checked in so we had to adapt to a different room type with 4 people. The hot tub was freezing and the pool also so cold that we ended up going to a park instead of swimming. The room was fine from a cleanliness standpoint. Staff was pleasant. We had major noise problems the first night when a college baseball team would not stop yelling through the hallways. The management did not seem to care that they were drastically impacting other guests’ stay. If the team hadn’t left the second night, we would have. Hotel is convenient to Fun City activities.

Great we will stay there again!

Had a great, comfortable trip. The front desk folks were very kind and friendly.

Nice hotel. No issues.

We had to wait for our receptionist to finish her cigarette outside before she would check us in.
