The staff was nice. Not super friendly or helpful, but okay.Breakfast was pretty good. The eggs were seasoned and there was a decent selection. The location was perfect for visiting Pisgah Forest

The room had a strong weird smell like disinfectant over smoke smell. The room was NOT clean. Visible dirt on the carpet, doors and bedspread. The bedspread looked like it had been used several times and not washed. It was dingy and brown around the top edge.

Clean, ice water in lobby, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds. In room fridge and coffee maker

Returning late at night we had to park a long way from entrance. Very expensive for this chain.
