Comfort Inn & Suites Brevard North

The staff was nice under an uncomfortable situation.

We arrived at the hotel and the front desk clerk decided she was going to walk out. We had to wait two hours to check in after traveling for 10 hours. We finally got into our room and my husband was putting away his belongings, he found a cockroach in the bedside table. We went down to the front desk again and asked for a new room . We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the GM to get on site. If I wouldn't have booked two rooms non refundable we would have gone somewhere else. We have always stayed here every time we travel to NC because it's close to where we need to go. I didn't expect to get my room for free but all the inconveniences I did expect some kind of discount. I will not stay here again.

Clean friendly staff

Pool is open, but its green and not able to be swam in.

the location was perfect for what we wanted to do and see. Breakfast was included. the hotel chain is known to be good. This did not disappoint

the pool could have been a little cleaner and more umbrella tables and nicer pool towels.

We love staying at this hotel. Have stayed there before and came back this trip. Good, friendly staff, very clean. Great breakfast with good selection. Food staff very attentive.

The staff was nice. Not super friendly or helpful, but okay.Breakfast was pretty good. The eggs were seasoned and there was a decent selection. The location was perfect for visiting Pisgah Forest

The room had a strong weird smell like disinfectant over smoke smell. The room was NOT clean. Visible dirt on the carpet, doors and bedspread. The bedspread looked like it had been used several times and not washed. It was dingy and brown around the top edge.
