Probably the bed was the only thing comfortable

Nothing worked right the wall plugs, the shower, the coffee maker, the tv didn’t work right or at all. The pool was completely closed. The staff over charged me and it was there mistake but all I got was oh sorry it was a mistake but that was it.

Great location. Had spent a weekend and it’s seems a best stay . Very clean n new hotel to spend a night . Safe n clean property. Staff service was amazing. Definitely stop by on my way back to this beautiful holiday inn express in Batesville AR.
