The hotel was nice and clean. However, the elevator was out and that was not advised when booking. So when we arrived, we had to carry luggage up the stairs. We are able to do that but some other guests struggled. Breakfast was very good and morning staff were very nice.

The elevator was out of order, the bathroom sink wasnt cleaned and the heater in the room didn't work properly, causing noise all through the night.

It was a great place to stay the rooms were nice, and the staff friendly and helpful. The only down side was the elevator was out of service and uou had to carry your stuff up the stairs to get it to your room. However, the staff did offer to help carry my stuff.
