The front desk staff were very nice and professional. My only complaint was that the towels and sheets had a few small stains, given me the impression that they weren't thoroughly washed.

The room had no do not disturb sign and when we were trying to sleeep the next day the room service banged on the door until we had to get up just to tell them to leave and the next day the room service came in picked up a couple of towels and then ate my sons cotton candy while in they bathroom had a sign saying that it was OPTIONAL every third day but they were there everyday no matter what

TV not operational in room...... Ask 3x to correct.......eventually got it working but remote totally broken..... Need maintenance many places...... bathroom leaks
