"RAMADA CULIACAN SO SO"

Overall the Ramada is a decent hotel. Pros: Right in the center of the city. The airconditioner works GREAT. Cons: Customer service is not the best. Breakfast buffet is included but not good. There was an ironing board in the room but no iron, nor remote control for the tv. Computers in teh lobby we not operable. I will stay in a different hotel next time.

"Hotel in the heart of Culiacun"

The room had a funky smell. It took over 15 minutes for the front desk to find my reservation. Breakfast was ok. Great location if you want to be in the middle of everything. It was kind of loud at times

"Overnight stay"

It is a good value, the rooms are a bit small, but comfortable and clean. I would've liked another place to plug in a computer. There was only one spot and we ARE two! I had to unplug the coffee machine to plug in both, HOWEVER, the coffee was Blason. That's what I drink at home and what I serve in my reposteria, so I was happy there! The breakfast buffet was nicer than normal for a freebie. We were stuffed, lol. My only real complaint is that I am partially handicapped and THERE IS NO REAL help there for us. The parking structure was accessible only by stairs, as was the restaurant and the entrance. I use a cane, CAN walk, but it was difficult.

"WARNING!! Be Careful!!!!"

I came here with few expectations! But I did not expect a Ramada hotel to be so filthy! The floors had hairs, dirt all over the, I always walked with my flip flops due to the lack of housekeeping. The shower had MOLD!!! on the tile walls! and the ceiling! really? why, someone needs to really start inspecting the cleanliness of these establishments! Extremely unhappy! I was also overcharged! when I booked my hotel through a website it was $44.10, and when I wanted to check out, the claimed their internet was down, and hand wrote my credit card info and name, to my surprise, I was overcharged $23 bucks. I filed a complaint with AMEX and got my money back.! Oh on a positive, location is good!

"Average hotel at a reasonable price"

As a business traveler I find this hotel comfortable but would recommend the mini suites vs the regular rooms. Good breakfast and secure covered parking. The business center not adequate enough.
