Ramada by Wyndham Hola Culiacan

Surprisingly unclean for a Ramada hotel. Elevator was not working so very inconvenient. Overall OK

Not clean as expected, the floor, restrom and carpet was dirty

What I liked was that the property was in the Centro close to everything. But everything was outdated and it smelled old, the staff would forget things when asked for something and the morning buffet was not good at all

It is a long way and very difficult to get back in rush hour.The hotel is what we assume is downtown central. As an anglo, we do not expect to have someone with perfect English on check in but the two young women had no English at all. It took some time to find out where and how to park our car (quite secure) and she had to call someone at home who was not available. Also, for dinner, they only had one suggestion which was not great. The hotel is clean but sad. Cannot see out the windows they are so dirty. The Gym has three pcs. of equipment only and is tiny.The room was clean but the AC is noisy. Old we guess. The breakfast was fantastic and both the women at check out had perfect English. All the staff were friendly

The general manager Sr Sosa should not be in charge of such of prestigious brand of hotels, sadly our request was not taking care of when we asked for it. Wyndham Corporation should take some time and review this hotel, I understand I am in Mexico but this is not at the level of your brand, I have stayed in your chain in different places and that is why I decided to stay here, but no it is not meeting my family's expectation to a Wyndham hotel, maybe take some time to replace managers, visit the facility more often and raise the standards to what we are used to, I was planning of staying in a Wyndham hotel 3 times this next year but I have just changed my mind, the location is the only good thing about it, but cleanliness is poor, elevators are terrible (buttons do not work-please take some time and replace them), carpets are dirty, towels are old, blankets are dirty and old, I travel often and it was such of disappointment.

Good breakfast, good beds, helpful staff, close to stores

We loved the time of the breakfast and the service provided there. The cook making eggs to your liking was excelent

Nice hotel downtown location , close to restaurants.

Location, comfort, and staff service was great. My only concern was the safe in my room 1704 did not work. Travelers have important documents we would like to keep in a safe place. My safe was completely out of service, which caused me to not allow cleaning service. I was not comfortable with a cleaning person coming into my room, and having access to my important information. Other than that, and the storm that hit . It was a pleasant stay.

Horrible experience stayted before was great this time was horrible I had asked for a Junior suite apparently when I get there they were sold out so they gave me a regular crappy room at the same price. Didn’t offer anything but just a little far he still charge me the same amount of money on my Expedia though God I am just a horrible experience to be on here if you want to good hotel you should stay at the executive hotel now that plane was good very funny people Especially working in Geo guy with Great very friendly
