"Will never go back"

If you are planning on just sleeping in the beds they are very comfortable. If you are planning on visiting with family don't use them. We rented 19 rooms for a family reunion and any time we tried to visit the staff was rude and grouchy. We stayed for 4 days and they did not clean the room after the first day. We ran out of toilet paper and tissue and had to go ask for more. Had a suite that sleeps 6 and only had 3 towels. The night desk people let us know that they really didn't want us there.

This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We loved the great lighting in both the bathroom and the bedroom. There are 2 types of window shades, light filtering or light blocking. There is a mini refrigerator,microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Our room was ready at check in and clean. Staff was professional, pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

There used to be a hot tub but it is gone. Also there were fraying towels in our room. It would be super if the breakfast started at 6 instead of 6:30. There were several guests who left before breakfast was served.

"Fresh coffee, no body wash"

No issues, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and light and airy. Holiday Inn usually has Dove soap, as this one which I love the brand. However, the body wash and shampoo wasn't refilled. 😔 They always had fresh coffee, even decaf, which was very nice, better then most places.

"Look nowhere else!"

Wonderful place to stay! It started out with my reservation being cancelled for whatever reason. They got it all straightened out and got me in a room. Everything was very clean, all the staff extremely friendly and everyone offered help if needed. Hot breakfast in the mornings and clean pool area. We will stay here again if in the area.
