Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Harrison by IHG

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good - not a typical continental breakfast. One day there were omelettes and bacon, the next day was fried eggs and sausage. Biscuits and gravy both days and cinnamon rolls (these were very good) both days. The room could have been a little quieter in the morning. We were close to a staff storage area. The price was a little high. About $215 for a Thursday and Friday night in Harrison AR seemed a little high to me, but we had to make last-minute reservations for a death in the family.

I forgot my medication in the room refrigerator but the employee kept it in the office refrigerator until I returned to claiming two days later. Thank you so much.

Staff was super nice. Rooms were clean, but our bathroom was a little dirty. Someone's hair stuck to the wall, and our shower nor sink drained right, and it took a good while to get the hot water on. The breakfast we weren't able to try because their oven was down, but their sticky rolls were available and they were delicious! My only other complaint is there were two men on the 4th floor walking back and fourth talking on their phone SUPER loud, one would be at one end, and the other was right in front of our room, as we were at the end by the stair case. I finally had to ask him to move out from in front of our room, considering it was 10:30 at night and we were lying down. I feel like staff should make sure people aren't wandering the halls disturbing guests, but other then that I absolutely cannot complain. It was a nice stay, and if passing through Harrison again the Holiday Inn will definitely be my first option.

It was noisy because kids were here for tournaments, quiz bowl, etc. which is to be expected. The kids weren’t bad kids, just noisy kids!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

The stay was good. Exception was the beds and pillows were “stiff”. Not as soft as I would had expected.

Oberall very clean which is most impirtant to me anyways. Lost of stuff to do in the area and eureka springs isnt that far away.

Beds are not comfortable and make noise when you just sit down. If that could be updated, it would be a nice place to stay!
