Loved the hot tub, pool, and beds were comfortable. The A/C wasn't up to par and the night attendant didnt disclose pertinent information like breakfast time or anything else.

Nice place for a short stay. The rate was very good. Remodeling job was not well done. Patches of paint over mold in bathroom ceiling and floor boards broken. A very quiet hotel despite being off a busy highway. For the price I definitely would stay there again.
USVery nice!! Hector & another young man at the front desk greeted us as we walked into the property & they were so friendly! Also professional, patient with me asking so many questions, & really all around awesome! They helped me resolve an issue with the billing, which I greatly appreciate! Our room was spotless & smelled so pleasant, very spacious & well appointed! We mainly booked here in order to be able to use the hot tub, but we were so tired & had to get up at 5:00, so we didn't get to use it! Looked good, though! The property looks like it was renamed recently, so a renovation may be planned? Yes, it's a bit dated, but it's nice & squeaky clean! That's a big thing for me. Seriously, do you want clean but dated, or flashier & sketchy?! I'm going with friendly & competent, clean & pleasant. Worth the price.
Traffic noise, may impact some folks if you're a light sleeper but that's the only thing!!!
The pictures that are posted do not represent what you actually see when you arrive. The hotel staff is not friendly or professional. They were dressed in refular street clothes, with one showing ber midriff. The room was dingy and dirty. The bed was not comfortable and rhe sheets were very itchy. We woke up to water on the floor. The breakfast was adequate.
MXComfy bed, hardwood/tile floors in the room, friendly staff, everything very clean, a full spread for breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, bagels, cereal, toast) I will stay here again.

Nous avons eu un petit souci avec la chambre du dessus, l’eau coulait dans notre salle de bain ce qui nous a réveillé (dommage après un long voyage) Chambre près de la route ce fut bruyant toute la nuit

USFront staff at check in was unfriendly and did not appear to know what she was doing. More interested in what was on her phone than us. Pool water was very cold. This hotel needs to be updated. Not up to previous experiences with Baymont Hotels.
