"Luxury Hotel on a Budget! A++"

I cannot say enough good things about the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in South Pittsburg, TN! Everything I encountered felt BRAND SPANKING NEW and was very CLEAN and fresh. The mattress was very comfortable and the myriad of pillows had cases that were embroidered with the firmness of the pillow it encased. The buffet breakfast was more than just a "continental" offering and was well stocked.The evening and morning front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The lobby and the outside grounds were well-maintained. I will most definitely stay at this location again.

Usually have issues with the wi fi.....tv setup is bizarre. Multiple tv guides all mixed in with the channels....not sure how to connect phone to tv to watch streaming. Actual tv is beautiful...newest type with great clarity.

The man that checked us in was not very nice to my husband but we understand there was a flood he was dealing with...we just came from the hurricane in Ft Myers so we were very tired. Everyone else at the hotel was very nice.
