The staff was friendly and the check-in was fast. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Our rooms were well stocked with bathroom essentials and the beds were super nice. I end with good clean sheets and nice pillows!

"GM offered us a drug spot then ran up our CC"

GM stole money from me - $50 plus $200, plus $250 on my CC after checkout. The dude literally offered me to do drugs in the parking lot if i would like to... shoulda left then but then goes on and on about it and then about smoking. When i smelled the notorious Indian funk mixed with smoke in the room i shoulda went but figured i was so tired from working long hours into the night that day that just didn't have the energy and figured if he wanted us to do drugs then he prolly wouldn't mind. Then he wouldn't give me a receipt without my key that morning like WTH. Now to fraudulently charge my cards like this? He clearly does this to float his failing dirty hotel. Never stay with Quality Inns again after knowing they allow this behavior with all the traveling i do all year long.
