Holiday Inn Express Manchester East by IHG

The location is great. Was going to a concert at ethiad stadium and it took 10 mins to drive there. Daughter loved the mcdonalds next-door. Staff were pleasant on arrival.

The sofa bed and pillows was the main issue. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were very flat and probably need replacing. I had a very poor sleep and had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. The nets at the windows were dirty. The little snack fridge at Reception was over priced. I did expect it but not as much as it was.

I requested a double bed and didn't get it more over the blanket only covered the top of the bed(no overhang) which is uncomfortable.

Great value for money. Comfortable and clean and very quiet location.The free parking is a huge plus, and it is only a few minutes walk from the bus stop and only a 15 minutes ride into the city centre. Its also beside a lovely public park.

The food was pretty awful and really expensive. If I stayed here again I wouldnt eat here. The coffee was particularly gross!

It was very clean and the food was good as well as the breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked a twin room but when we arrived we got a room with two single beds pushed together. We separated the beds ourselves but a twin room should have two separate beds.

Even though I booked with booking.com, I was still able to take advantage of my IHG membership and had a late checkout. I went to another IHG property recently, booked by someone else and was told I couldn't use my membership which was disappointing.

Wir durften früher das Zimmer beziehen. Wir waren nach einer langen Fahrt somit waren wir drüber glücklich . Personal sehr freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten super.
