Nice rooms friendly staff very helpful

The food in restaurant could have been better

Lift out of action. Had to take the stairs.

The staff were lovely and beds were comfortable. The shower was good.It served the purpose of a 1 night stop.

It didnt feel too clean and breakfast was very basic.They were too many dogs barking and sounds at night that we couldnt sleep too well

I personally found the bed to firm for me. Even with extra duvet to lie on. But that's just me. My wife was fine.

I booked for a client for 1 night and put it on my card. At checkout she was also charged altho she explained she was not supposed to be. She was also charged $20 over the invoice they had mailed me. "Manager" was extremely rude and would do nothing about it. I contacted him twice. First time he said the charge would be taken off my card in a few days. I emailed while I was speaking to him the invoice he had sent me for $180 and he said it was wrong, the charge was $202 but he would look into it. I called back 2 days later, he was still rude and told me the price was $202 even thou my invoice said otherwise. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager right now and he had customers to take care of and had no time for me. I reminded him I was a customer and he said I have customers standing right here and I was being very rude...click...he hung up on me.
