Holiday Inn Express Morgantown by IHG

The staff was great

It was one of the dirtiest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The bathroom was dirty. Also smelled like mildew hair on the floor toilet look dirty.Floors were dirty tables were dirty. Really need to follow up with the housecleaning.

It was clean and the beds were comfy

We had to switch floors after getting settled in our room because kids running up and down the halls and slamming doors and we had this same problem last time we stayed here, not much to choose from with breakfast and the pool STILL BROKE 1 Year Later, we wanted to swim both trips we made here a year apart and couldn't, won't be going back

It was very clean and the staff was super nice and even complimented me on the mannerisms of my kids I appreciated that
