"Comfortable and quiet."

Location was quiet, had several stores and restaurants very close by but not noisy. Lots of parking spaces. Check in was quick, easy, and the young lady was very polite. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that they supply soft and firm pillows! I didn't eat breakfast but did see lots of people enjoying their meal.

The water could have been hotter for my shower. I like that Dove shampoo, hair conditioner, shower soap, and body lotion are supplied.

I liked the location, the staff was pleasant. Breakfast bar was nice as well.

There was a very large stain on the couch in our suite...so large and disgusting that we didnt use the couch at all. Other then that it was very clean.

Great location, beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The shower was lukewarm and the hallway smelled like cigarettes, even though it is supposed to be smoke free.

The shower water was warm but could have been warmer. There was no shower liner to keep the water from going all over the bathroom floor.

Facility and room clean, the hotel itself is very old and needs some attention and updating. Staff was very unfriendly except the man working the breakfast area - he was very friendly. Now to be fair if you asked the staff for anything they responded but no acknowledgment of your walking through the door or even being in the vicinity of them. Not even a glance.
