Great location, drive from OC for winter graduation. Staff was able to accommodate early check in for three rooms, delicious breakfast, relaxing pool/jacuzzi area, clean rooms & comfortable beds. Loved the fire place area. Will return

Client oriented excellent service. My my original arrival was supposed to be 10:30 pm but plane was delayed and landed over 2 1/2 hours late and the shuttle to the hotel at the Arcadia airport was ready for us and took compassionate care of the six people that she picked up and drove to the hotel. The extremely kind driver happily helped us with our bags and made sure we all got in the hotel quickly. The person at the desk was also very friendly and kind and gave me my key and told me that if I had any concerns that I should get in touch with the front desk and they'll be happy to help I always use this hotel when I fly into Arcata. It has always been a very pleasant experience I highly recommend this hotel. besides the cleanliness and the wonderful staff you get a very good free breakfast
