Family friendly and within close access to everything.

Staff was polite room was nice and in good shape food was good for breakfast

this was a perfect hotel to stay at if you are going to put in bay for the day. ferry boat 9 minutes away. very nice and clean

torn curtains, no grab bars in the shower. The temperature adjustment for the shower was actually pretty nice though. Not enough trash cans in the room (2)

The room that we booked (for our family of 5) was not available. We were offered 2 joined room. Pushed all of our stuff down, there was no door between rooms. Back to the desk. Ended up squeezing 3, 9 year old kids and 2 adults in a queen with pull out which meant horrible sleep and zero space. Offered our room for night two which meant more wasted time on our trip packing everything, moving rooms. We were initially told we would be reimbursed entire stay. Bad communication. Told when we were leaving from front desk, price was adjusted first night to smaller room price. Then told 1st night was comped. Couldn't talk to the manager, she was in the building, but "is sick". Have not seen reimbursement yet. Hotel was not very clean and smelled of cat urine.

Heard music all night long our first night. Housekeeping made our bed but somehow didn't move a pillow. Took all our towels and didn't replace them. Breakfast was the usual buffet. Someone needs to clean up the bird poop by the front entrance.

the location is great but I reserved 2 rooms and had a few problems. It took me 2 days of help from front desk to finally figure out tv control. The other room which I needed for handicap purposes was not great. The blinds would not go up so was in darkness all day and night. The refrigerator had to be unplugged at night because it was so noisy and they couldn't sleep. Because of location I might consider using it again but would think about it

Could not ask for a better experience

We do wish there was better/more parking. Staff is fantastic! Hotel is very accommodating.
