"No funcionan sus elevadores."

El hotel tiene ya sus años, pero el mantenimiento ha sido muy malo. El elevador paraba en cada piso, nosotros estabamos en el piso 4, cuando lo pedimos para bajar al loby subio al 5to, paro de nuevo en el 4to, 3ero, 2ndo, de ahi se paso de largo el lobby, paro en el sotano y nos dejo encerrados. Apretamos el boton de emergencia y no hizo nada, agraciadamente pudimos llamar a recepción vía mi celular, mandaron a una persona, la cual maniobro sin exito en el foso del elevador para luego abrir las puertas manualmente. Nadie se disculpo, ni dio explicaciones. La verdad es un hotel desperdiciado por falta de mantenimiento.

Los sanitarios del loby no funcionaban muy bien y les faltaba limpieza
