Good and healthy breakfast. Front desk is super helpful we will be back next season.

I had to attend a wedding in Dillard and i booked this place , well it turned out to be a good decision. The check in was super fast, headed to the room and was amazed with the comfort and cleanliness. Morning breakfast was simple and Hot . They had a pool too and a very good location. I will definitely be back !

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the location was good, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Overall a good hotel stay.

The breakfast could be better and the tree air fresheners hung up everywhere looks so tacky and unprofessional

The breakfast was started at 6:00 am and the breakfast area is so clean and smells good. We had boiled eggs, scramble eggs, wheat bread, coffee, cereals, juice etc. Everything was so perfect and happy to stay here.

Location and cost good.

Several things that could be improved. The bathroom had mold, lit black bugs crawling on bathroom floor, and lots of water damage that needed repairing before the room was ready for renting. My mom and I stayed last year the room we stayed in was clean and maintained. This year the room was good except for the bathroom condition. It very much needed fixing before leasing out. Second, There needs to be extra blankets in room not enough cover on beds.

We checked into the hotel and were given a key. We took our stuff to the second floor to the assigned room, only to find, to our surprise and the surprise of the guest staying there, that the room was occupied and had been for a month. We were assigned another room. We moved our stuff in and went to dinner as it was getting late. When we returned, we came in and turned on the TV, only to find that it did not work. When I went downstairs to tell the host, my wife turned on the bathroom sink water, and rusty water came out. She ran it for a little bit, and it cleared up. She then pressed the stopper to run some sink water. It stuck and would not release to let the water out. When the host came to the room to check the TV, we showed him the sink. He picked up her toothbrush and pushed down on the stopper to try and release it, but it wouldn't move. He then tried to fix the TV but was unsuccessful. He gave us another room and we asked him to try the TV before we moved our stuff. It did not work either. So he assigned us another room. We checked and the TV worked in this room so all was good until it came time to make coffee. This room did not have a coffee maker. And that was our experience with your hotel. We had spent the previous week in your hotel in Fredericksburg Virginia and one night in your hotel in Florence, SC on this trip. The stays in these hotels were good. The morning kitchen host in the Fredericksburg hotel was exceptional and very hard working.
