Friendly staff, comfortable room, nice dining area, the front desk manager she was awesome sweet friendly. We've stayed several places up that way, this will be where we stay throughout the year now. Thank you!

We liked everything about this place

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and made sure to arrange rooms that were close to one another and on the main floor since my brother had recently had knee replacement surgery and using stairs would of been a struggle. We are so thankful for her extra work to assure we were on the main floor and next to one another. Also it appears the hotel had been recently updated, at least in the rooms we had.

The breakfast area had something that had been spilled in the serving line area that was super sticky but didn't get mopped up. That just gave an impression of uncleanliness when in reality it was just the floor that appeared to be unclean.

The staff were super nice and accommodating. Opening additional seating in the conference room when the dining area was overfilled.

The beds were hard as rocks. I did not sleep well. We had a very drippy bathtub that made it hard to sleep as well. We had to find a noise machine app to help drown out that sound.

Toilet was not clean. Extremely noisy past 10pm.... front desk said it was the bar/restaurant next door.

Love the property and have always stayed there. Nice staff

This time when we stayed, the bed could have been better. You could tell it was an older bed, and the springs were very hard to sleep on.
