"The stay was terrible and we are dissatisfied."

The lady that was working on the breakfast bar was extremely rude to customers. I ended up just walking away and skipping breakfast to prevent conflict.

NO HOT WATER. I spoke with the front desk and they advised that they were aware of this issue and in the morning we still did not have hot water. I specifically booked a hot tub room.

The fact it had a indoor pool and spa

1st thing we went to the pool with my kids and it was not clean wet towels everywhere and no dry towels available and when I went to the front desk I was told that they did not have any and they might be ready in a couple of hours. when we went back to the pool later in the day still no towels. We had to go purchase our own towels. Breakfast was a not good. Dry eggs gray sausage and no milk was available. Very limited food not much there. Had to take key card down twice because it was not working and they guy was a bit rude. Not sure I will be staying there again.
