Very clean
We stayed at the Holiday Inn for two nights, super close to the cruise terminal. Breakfast was okay but it was nice to have and Tim, the shuttle driver, was great. The only downside was the bathroom door, which kept getting stuck and often needed assistance to open. Overall, a solid stay!
Great for night before cruise trip
We were pleased that everything was so good after reading some poor reviews.Our call from the airport brought free shuttle within 30 minutes, Check in was fast, room very clean, beds very comfortable and bkfst selection perfect. Location ideal. A few blocks walk to Duffy's Bar and Grill for light lunch, and later we walked almost next door to Carabas restaurant for a takeout dinner to share later, with 2 plates, cutlery etc to heat up in microwave in our room. Morning shuttle to cruise port booked easily. Everything has gone smooth as silk. Wonderful hotel and would stay again.
Highly recommend 4th floor, which is same floor where breakfast buffet is located. Wonderful in every way. Avoid first floor; older rooms, musty..
We were given the wrong room. I had booked a room with two queen-size beds and instead got 2 double beds. When I signed the papers at check-in, I complaint about the fact that 2 double beds were listed there, but the attendant assured me that this would only be what they called the room and that there would be in fact queen-size beds. However, this was not true. Very disappointing. Everything else was good. The breakfast was actually very nice. Something for everyone.
The people were helpful and pleasant and the room is very clean
