The staff being helpful

The kids bed wasn't made and had to go down to the desk and get bedding and more towels but the staff where very helpful and sorted it out with in 10 mins

"We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express Hotels, but this was the best of all."

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were continually replenishing food and tidying tables. Staff were polite at all times. Room was very comfortable and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Everything was excellent.
