Very nice hotel. Modern. Apparently having hot water issues but was resolved later in the evening.
Nice looking on a open space but elevator stoped working on the first night I got there I had to take the stairs
There was a puddle of water next to the ac. Seemed like it was leaking. The jacuzzi was ok but the motor was loud and over stimulating. There’s no controls for the ac/heater so what it’s set to is what you get. I got hot in the middle of the night. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience
The MAIN reason we stay at Holiday Inn Express Chain is because you do NOT allow pets. As long as you keep that policy, we will continue to seek out your chain of hotels as we travel all over the US.
Property needs to be updated asap.

Very clean accommodations. Front desk was very helpful.
Staff was great when I checked in, room was clean. When checking out, I asked about extra charges made on my card, since I paid and booked through a 3rd party. Staff was rude, huffed and puffed about having to take time to check my account. Overall the good experience was overshadowed by the rudeness of this one employee, who clearly was upset about doing her job.
Staff made sure we had ever we needed, quiet and clean. Beautiful walking trail across the street
