The carpet was filthy, doors and mold on the shower ceilings. Broken furniture in the room. We needed more towels they said we ran out and you had 4 ( we had 4 people in the room and stayed 2 days).

"Don't stay here unless it is as a VERY LAST RESORT, and then rethink it!"

This hotel is dishonest. We didn't have a reservation, but when we checked on line it showed eligibility. When we got to the hotel, the clerk asked if we had a reservation and we said no. She said we would get a better rate if we booked on line...red flag number 1. So I sat in the lobby and booked a king room for two people, one night. The rate I was shown was $99 plus tax. So I completed the reservation. When I went back up to the desk, the clerk couldn't find the reservation...it was in the system for Aug 5 to Aug 6. She said "that happens all the time". Red flag number two. She called someone (corporate?) and explained the situation and that person changed the date in the system in order to complete the transaction. The clerk indicated they didn't even have king beds and would two queens work? I said yes and she checked us in. The hotel advertises being a smoke free facility, yet our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Even though the hotel wasn't nearly full, we were given a room with a view of a brick wall. We were so frustrated by the check in process, we said "f" it and stayed. Today, I checked m credit card statement and the hotel charged me $147.06...a FAR cry from from the $112 I was given in my confirmation email. This IS NOT a $150 a night hotel and I will probably never stay at a Quality Inn again.
