It had no Wi-Fi reception and loud construction yet they did nothing to make it up to there guest and paid full price

Late-night reception lady was exceptional.

A/C heater combo unit didn't work.

I noticed the remodel although it’s still under construction. Ive stayed here before and I like the proximity to the Belly Up

When I arrived, I walked into the entrance like I have done the other times I have stayed here, and while walking down the hallway, I was yelled at by someone who told me I couldn’t be in there. There were no signs at the entrance where my uber dropped me off saying to go around- only on the parking lot side. It was extremely unwelcoming and rather frightening actually. The construction is ugly, although I understand if we want upgrades, there has to be construction. I felt extremely sorry for the reception employee who was having to wear a huge coat because they just had her at a little card table with the door propped open near the back entrance and it was really cold.additionally, it seems they took out the bathtubs during renovation which is why I won’t stay here again. That and the price and the scary man who yelled at me like I was trying to break in.

Rooms were spacious and clean
