The bed had stains in it when I went to ask to exchange rooms or something the guy was really rude and told me I can get out. I went back to the room to take a picture of the bed. Once I got back to the desk someone else was there I asked him would he sleep on a bed with the linen like this. He asked no and changed the linen because there was no more rooms available

We were looking for a hotel that would have been close to the 2 locations we we're going. We also needed a place that was decently priced and would allow me to have both my dogs with me. This hotel had it all.

What i didn't like, the 1st room I was given was filthy, beer bottles everywhere, used towels all over the floor and the bed was unmade. Housekeeping had def NOT serviced that room. The 2nd room i was given, the toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom after flushing it 1 time. Finally, on the 3rd try we got a room that we could stay in. It wasn't the room I had booked a week in advance. The first time I had to tell the front desk about the room, he acted like he didn't believe me, the 2nd time he seemed like he was getting irritated and by the 3rd time he was making me feel like I was ruining his night. Now, let's go back to check-in, I informed him I had 2 small dogs (7lbs and 11lbs)-and I asked what the charge was. He told me he would only charge me for 1(he didn't say how much or if it was daily or anything. Sounded like a good deal to me. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights, but decided to cut our trip short by a day. Fast forward to the day after we checked out, I decided to check my credit card and I see 2 charges. One is the one I signed for but I didnt recognize the other. After calling the hotel, I was first told by the person who answered he didnt know what the charge was and for me to call back. When I called back the guy told me it was the pet charge, 2 dogs x $20 each for 3 days. I explained to the guy that 1, I was told that I was only going to be charged for 1 dog and I was never told it was per night(nowhere did it say they charged per pet, per night), but we had checked out after the 2nd night and before the 11am checkout. After going back and forth he says he is going to refund me part of the pet fee. I look at my credit card the next day and I was charged the amount he said he would be refunding me. Now I have to call them yet again. In the end, everything got fixed, my card was credited for the second charge and refunded like he originally said he would do.
