Best Western Plus Bradenton Hotel & Suites

Fred was an amazing front desk clerk. He helped my family feel comfortable and at ease with the issue we had through Booking.com. The staff was nice and our room was clean and comfortable!

A hot tub would have been nice.

Breakfast was a joke. Sausage was not done, eggs were water, and juice was water downed.

Wow the rooms were scary. I almost walked in without paying yet just to see what I imagined when I pulled up. We have these types of hotels in Cincinnati; they are called drug spots. The elevator was on the verge of breaking down, the bathrooms were dirty, and the beds were all springs. I have never experienced a hotel this bad for a while. And to pay 200 plus was outrageous. The hotel should be ashamed of themselves.

Molte cose a partire dalla scarsa accoglienza e scarsa assistenza della reception. Problemi con ascensore che non funzionava. Le macchine del ghiaccio non funzionavano. Arredi vecchi ed obsoleti, così come letti e cuscini. Inoltre avevamo una stanza con 2 queen size ma erano due matrimoniali francesi molto più piccoli !! Ridicoli i saponi e gli shampoo in bagno per qualità e quantità . Sicuramente non un tre stelle !!! Ed il prezzo altissimo per una struttura di così basso livello !! Vergognoso !
