Best Western Plus Bradenton Hotel & Suites

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. The smell in the corridors was awful and you could smell it in the bathroom of our room. The furniture in the lobby was dirty and outdated. We complained to the managers the three days we were there and they said they are working on the smell. The rooms could be updated as well.

Front desk lady checked me in. Hours later I have a man opening my door and asking if I am Mrs. Padilla. I am clearly a man. I went to front desk to try and clear stuff up and he is announcing room numbers for other guests right in front of me. He also stated I wasn't supposed to be in the room I am in. Again ...fix your staff.

Reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds per room. Upon check in i was informed hotel had reservation for 1 room only. Had to pay double my original room charge for an addional room. What a scam. Couldn't reach a human at hotels.com to correct the hotel desk. Won't be making any more reservations through this site.

Room needed maintenance in bathroom and smelled like mold.

The entire property smelled of mold and bleach. The carpets were filthy. The television did not work This is a nasty hotel. The staff was helpful and efficient. It was not worth what I paid to stay for one night.

Pretty good, but Def not worth the price staff was friendly rooms were clean enough

Room smelled musty. Really overpriced for the outdated rooms and smells

The staff was friendly. The suite was up to date although the Jacuzzi did not work andthe room was not set up as it was advertised.

The Jacuzzi did not work at all and the staff was of no help no compensation offered
