The size of the room and the separate room for the kids.

The fact that the hotel was completely under construction and we had to watch where we walked throughout the facility.

All the staff bent iver backwards to help accommodate my handicap husband...all., but one front desk attendant.The coffee maker in the breakfast area was phenomenal!! The room was great !!

The front desk blonde lady on duty January 3,2026 at a approximately 8 pm. She was rude when we asked fir towels fir t h e pool..said she never expected to wash load after load all her shift. And theren is more...i really would like a call from a manager. 219 759 3616 home #. We had already checked in earlier in the day. The young gentleman was wonderful!
