Our room on the first floor was clean throughout. The water pressure in the shower was good, the shower water drained well, and the bathroom vanity was roomy. There was Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion provided. The heater/ac functioned well. There were electric outlets and chargers on each bedside table.

With the only pool being outdoors there was no hot tub, but we were only staying one night as we traveled through and were aware of this.

Was at this Shelbyville Holiday for two extended (7+ days) stays. Convenient location. Great and friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable. Any small issues with room were immediately taken care of. The hot breakfast is very good and a pleasant surprise. The manager (Kent) was friendly and helpful. Recommended. Tom Zielinski

"Decent Holiday Inn Express - no hot tub, and outdoor pool only, closed most of the year"

This is a nice Holiday Inn Express. Unfortunately it only has an outdoor pool which is not open most of the year, and no hot tub. Rooms are clea, location is convenient, the breakfast is good.

"I’m dealing with booking.com & the hotel because we were charged twice for our room."

Easy to get too.

We came in the football game in Lexington and really wanted to take a shower but we couldn’t get water to come out.so in the morning we finally got it to come on but then it wouldn’t shut off.
