Arrived at 3.30pm only to be told that our room wasn't ready for us. We had just driven fo over 3 hours and to then be told that our room, number 57, would be ready in 20 minutes was totally unacceptable. Kellie on reception was really good and gave us drinks vouchers. We had specifically requested an accessible room due to my disability so this was not a great start. We finally went to our room, only to find that the TV was broken and the air con wasn't working. Once again, Kellie came to our rescue by replacing the TV and providing a fan. Kellie advised that points would be added to my account but after being a member for 10 years, the level of service shown makes me question whether it is worthwhile. The location is great, the staff are great, the breakfast and drinks are OK, such a shame that we encountered these problems. Prior to this visit and based on our previous stays, I would have heartily recommended this hotel. not so sure now.

Check in was really quick, asked me what floor I preferred to sleep on. Room spacious and modern. Breakfast in the morning was nice, plenty of options. The two lady’s running the breakfast this morning was very nice,

Nice clean bed and clean bathrooms. Trish at reception was fantastic. Nothing was too much bother, very helpful alongside her colleague on local advice about Warwicks restaurants.

Good sized room in convenient location. Good quality buffet style breakfast. Car park was full so had park at back of hotel. Check in to get free parking voucher
