"Not bad for an inexpensive room"

Good location. Clean. A basic room.

The first room they gave us had no refrigerator, microwave or functional air conditioner. We were moved across the hallway to a better room. The breakfast was minimal at best.

Jets didn't work on Jacuzzi tub. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Booking said pool was open, got there and pool was not open.

"Nice, Friendly, staff, clean, but not the best breakfast for a diabetic."

There is a new GM, I didn't know that in advance. There are issues with the cleaning staff marking rooms ready, when they are not. The Swimming pool is closed; I didn't know that until I arrived. The new GM is working to correct the issues with the cleaning staff marking rooms ready when they are not. I was moved to a double queen vs the King room I booked.

The breakfast includes cereal, bread, and a waffle maker, which is not diabetic-friendly.

"Great place to sleep, but not all that we had hoped for."

Location was great, it let us stay close to our friends. Water was hot and facilities were pretty clean.

The breakfast lacked, almost only carbohydrates. The pool that was advertised was closed. We picked the location because they have a pool.

"Very very poor service at the front desk,the room was good.I don’t believe I would stay here again"

We went to check inn around 11pm.Your staff member at the front desk was drunk or high maybe both.He could not type,we waited 10 mins to get our key,I had prepaid ahead of time.

"Good enough for sleeping."

Beds where comfortable and room clean. Breakfast decent.

Leak in main level bathroom that looks like it had been there a while. Staff just didn't seem to care. Pool was closed , wish it was list in booking materials that it was instead it was a surprise, as it was the main reason for booking.
