Location was perfect for us to attend the golf tournament. Great breakfast. Very clean.

TV didn’t work properly.

was right off the highway and fairly close to a wonderful mexican restaurant

breakfast was minimal and disappointing for the price. we were put in the room right by the lobby and breakfast area and it was noisy during the night and very early in the morning. granted i am a light sleeper but nevertheless i had a terrible sleep because of this

I think this is my first time ever giving review and it’s really uncomfortable for me to do it but I feel like I have too, because the way I was treated. The location “looks/seems decent ” from outside so i thought me and my family were staying in “decent” hotel. I liked nothing.

I think this is my first time ever giving review and it’s really uncomfortable for me to do it but I feel like I have too, because the way I was treated. The bathroom was really dirty! I took a video the instant we saw it was in that condition. Why? when me any my family got there (mom and 2 daughters) we literally dropped bags off and got out to get dinner (we didn’t use the bathroom right away) we came back ate dinner and and my youngest daughter wanted to use the bathroom and my mom took her and noticed a lot of hair in the bathroom floor (like if someone had shaved or something) and also the toilet was super dirty. My mom lets me know right away (this happens maybe 25min after we checked inn because we went to get dinner first) I called the front desk and let them know in the most respectful/polite way( I had a video at this point just in case they didn’t believe me because we got dinner first when we got to the room). Just like I knew it was going to happen… the front desk lady was very rude on the phone saying “well housekeeping cleaned today” saying it had to be clean. I decided to go downstairs and ask for a solution “maybe give me more towels to clean or a mop” (I didn’t want to make a big deal”) at the same timeI thought she was going to resolve the problem…. SHE ACTUALLY gave me the mop and a spray to clean. She also said “I can’t do anything about it I can’t put you in another room we’re sold out. I went and cleaned the bathroom and when finished I went downstairs feeling so bad because I paid almost $400 for 2 nights just for my family to feel comfortable and continue to said, You can talk to my manager in the morning(still very rude) . Stayed there because I it was late when we got there from airport u didn’t want to look for another hotel with fuzzy kids… I don’t recommend this place at all.

Comfortable beds! Closeness to restaurant,great breakfast.

Didn't because some guys were out front the hotel smoking weed and staff saw it and Did nothing about it
