Nice clean and spacious room, with an amazingly comfortable bed. The breakfast was superb. Well cooked and fresh and plentiful. Bar service was fast and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Our room was near the stairwell and door was noisy

Rooms were a good size and clean

We did ask for a room on the ground floor due to my son having ASD which was accommodated, it did however sound like there was a washing machine going off early evening which went on for sometime and then early morning as the cleaning crew arrived there was a lot of banging in the room next to us as they were getting things out for the day. Also in the evening which is no fault of the hotel there was an event locally which had very loud music on until around 10pm that had been happening since 5pm, I did message asking if they knew of an event happening and if they knew what time it would finish. If I would have had advance warning prior to arrival I would have requested a different room as the windows were closed and it was still extremely loud, I was unable to go down to the desk because we were attempting to try and get my son to sleep which was proving difficult given the level of noise between what sounded like a washing machine next door and the local rave music outside that was happening. I did not receive any response from the hotel and still have not had a response to date. There was no one on the desk when we were checking out to speak with either.

The bed was clean and very comfy

The smell in the room was obnoxious Just open a window spray some nice spray Really disgusting smell No tea coffee facilities Morning breakfast coffee and juice the cheapest sadly At midnight you just want bed after spending the day with my son waiting brain surgery decision.
