Everyone here was so beyond kind! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and the breakfast was amazing too!

TV wasn't a smart TV so we couldn't log into streaming platforms but we found a movie on one of the TV stations :)

"Not happy at all with the cleaning of the rooms"

Hotel staff very friendly , so it makes it hard to make a complaint but the truth is we are very disappointed

My wife was severely bitten by bed bugs during our stay. Her face, back, legs, and arms are covered in rashes, and this is completely unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed, especially as loyal customers who stay at Holiday Inns frequently. We also have photos available if needed. This experience has left us very unhappy and concerned about the cleanliness and safety of the hotel.
