I like that the hotel was right across the street from Broadway, it was like a 10 minute drive to the beach/boardwalk, there were lots of places to choose to eat from, they were a good amount of activities to choose from in the area. I will stay there again. The staff were friendly. What I do not like was when you let your room door go to close, it did not close all the way and it makes a loud noise when you’re opening it like it needs some oil or it needs to be upgraded. I did not like the small Section where they had carpet in the bedrooms. It should have just been all hardwood floor. But overall the stay was great!!!

It was the worst hotel/resort experience that I'e ever had. I'm currently a club owner, and I realized that the reason the poor hospitality and service that I experienced was because I was behind on the recent maintenance fees, and it all began to be clear, if your money isn't up to par, neither will your hospitality be, so I get it now. I just hate that I had to experience it while I was with my children, but never again.

WE'VE STAYED HERE PLENTY OF TIMES AND JUST LOVE THIS LOCATION AND THE HOTEL ......HOWEVER WE'VE NOTICED THERE'S SOME WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO THE HOTEL .....FIRST FLOOR SMELLS LIKE DOGS BUT I DO KNOW IT'S PET FRIENDLY ......THANKS RICHARD
