The location of this property is right across from all of the activities and food at Broadway at the Beach, And only a few minute drive down to the beach. The price is very reasonable compared to some other options in that area.

Front counter person Saturday 4/18/26 to Monday night 3-11 pm very nice, friendly and helpful. Our room 205 smelled moldy/musty. She was able to change our the second and third nights. Breakfast attendant person was non existent. Dirty tables, when I finally saw him he headphones not really doing anything.

Location! They was going to give us the option to move to another room the same night or the next morning. The next morning they had maintenance come in and replace the whole TV with a brand new one

Chose this hotel because of a great experience with a Holiday Inn and Express Suites in Florida. However, they are not all created alike! The initial impression was great. Very well kept public areas, and helpful staff upon checkin. However, when we entered our room, the smell of whatever cleaning products used was overwhelming. The room was quite damp also. After reading several reviews about dirty floors, I decided to check for myself as I have to do PT every day on the floor. Some folks here showed their white socks after walking on the floor. I used one of the hotels white washcloths, wet it, and wiped the floor. My cloth was almost black after doing a small section. I could not lay down on that floor to do my exercises. I went to report it at the front desk and they sent someone shortly to mop it, which just really seemed to spread around the dirt. The breakfast was good, but didn't make up for how unclean the room was. As soon as I got home, I canceled an upcoming stay at the same hotel for a birthday stay in June. As an aside, I needed to use the ladies room while having breakfast, and used the one near the breakfast area. Yes it was clean, but the toilet seat is to close to the sink that you must lean to the left when you sit. My shoulder was touching the sink. Incredible!

This hotel was amazing and would recommend it.
