Good place and choice for the area. Noisy since placed by the elevator. Responsive when needed. Clean. One evening desk person was not trained properly and provided poor service.

Great service, but elevator didn’t work the entire time of our stay.

The staff was great..Room was clean and convenient for my stay. The location has plenty of places to shop within 5 miles radius.

Staff was professional and prompt. Second time I've stayed, and I am more than likely to return.

Staff was great!! Downside was the smell of the area and building smelled as if they are having some sewer problems. My family and I went and bought plug ins for our rooms but the smell outside the rooms was terrible other than that

Ok, this is obviously an older property and they have done at least some cosmetic refurbishing. Like paint, carpet, wallpaper, etc. I will start off and say our room was clean and the bed pretty comfortable. When we arrived the woman at the front desk greeted us and told us Diamond members she had already gone ahead and upgraded our room. We appreciate being recognized for our Diamond status, but when we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the closet door didn't open right. We'll obviously the bottom of it is not connect to the bracket. We also noticed right away that the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way as it drags.on the floor. Also there is a big crack across the back of the vanity top and the toilet bolts are loose so the toilet wobbles a little. There is no excuse for these maintenance issues. A room simply shouldn't be allowed to be given to guests until everything in it is in proper working order. We were only here for one night so we really only used the room for sleeping. Also, breakfast was not on par with other Best Western properties. The omlets were over cooked, they had sausage links but no bacon. It was minimal as complimentary breakfasts go. I really hate giving less than good reviews of hotels. But this is one time I simply have to.

Property was pretty average. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean but the bed was very hard. Was not crazy about the security doors being propped open so that anyone could come and go. The free, continental breakfast was very nice and had plenty of options.

For 195.00 a night I would have thought I could shower but with hairs in the sink and in the towels we were completely disgusted

Clean and great amenities. Good variety in breakfast items! The lady (I am so sorry I can't remember her name) in charge of breakfast was so friendly and helpful with setting things out and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. 10/10 recommend this place for the breakfast experience alone. Pancake maker is amazing!
