This hotel is a Gem. The staff is excellent, hotel Is clean and well maintained. The room was spotless and offered all necessary amenities. I am very impressed with the hotel and my overall experience. The breakfast offered variety of food choices and the area was kept clean and presentable.
We have been coming here for four years for dance competitions and have stayed at this Best Western because they go above and beyond for their guests. Allen was a lifesaver! We were tired from driving and had a lot of luggage and he got all our luggage out of our car and brought it to our rooms and was extremely kind and thoughtful. He did not want us to tip him. I will definitely stay here again! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great but the service is exceptional! Thanks Allen!
Jenny (front desk) is always pleasant and attentive. She sees that I use the gym often so she is the one who makes sure that there are fresh towels available. Paula and Ava (housekeepers) are pleasant, professional and attentive as well. They notice the smallest of details! Alan (maintenance) and Diane (cafe) are very customer friendly!
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
There is no hair dryer in the room. You have to go to the front desk to get one. The towels are very thin. The phone number for the hotel doesn’t work because no one answers the phone.
Spacious and clean room. Staff in the front was always great. Breakfast staff was also kind and considerate. This is our new go-to spot when we’re in town! Thanks a bunch!
The hotel was clean and quiet and seemed newly renovated. Staff were polite and went out there way to see we had everything we needed.
