Breakfast was good. I liked the option of hot breakfast items. Having a Keurig in the room was nice. The bed was comfy and I liked that there was a sheet so I could kick off the main comforter when I got hot in the middle of the night. The front desk person was friendly and ice machine was convenient.

Oddly you couldn't park in front of the hotel when I was there. The whole front parking lot was blocked off. The toilet ran most of the night and made a ringing noise and didn't flush properly. Also, there were some men next door who talked very loud until about 9:30. I was trying to work so it was a little distracting.

"The Staff is exceptional!"

The staff was exceptional. Every single employee we encountered was friendly helpful and smiling. Lisa is an absolute gem! From check in to check out every staff member made us feel welcome. The beds are very soft and clean! Towels, washcloths very clean and plentiful. The breakfast is buffet style and rivals restaurants we have paid more for.

I wish the stay had been longer, we did not get a chance to checkout the pool.

Location was good. Everything looked clean. Bed was comfortable

When we went to check in there was no one at the desk. We had to wait 30 minutes for the staff member to return from a "family emergency" . We were told that only one person works from 4pm to 6am. For tired weary travelers to arrive around 830 which we indicated when we booked that we would arrive between 8-9 and have to wait 30 minutes to be checked in is ridiculous.
