The pool that was advertised was closed for our entire time we had booked. Therefore left after one night ( we had driven 12 hours and were exhausted) and booking.com refuses to respond to our requests for a refund for the unused days after check out.

Spacious room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was great.

Temperature in the common areas was hot and humid. Turn on the air condition!!!!!

I was able to book a first floor room with my two large dogs with parking at the door.

I had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned even though I got there well past check in. They had staffing issues that day. There was a strong smell of incense or vaping in my hall all the time and lastly, the parking spaces were very tight for an SUV and most people were driving an SUV.. it made getting out of the car without hitting another car very difficult and almost impossible with dogs.
