Ideally located , very close to the M6

Only one bath towel in the en-suite

This is the second time this year that we have stayed. We particularly like its location for access to M6 (north and south). The hotel is also great value for money. Rooms are clean and comfortable and a great breakfast choice is available. Excellent parking facilities and helpful and courteous staff. Also having the choice of a MacDonalds and pub restaurant on the grounds is also a good addition.

There does seem to be a problem with toilets, in that they aren’t very good at flushing waste. We experienced this both times we stayed and although dealt with by hotel maintenance, would suggest that maybe toilet brushes in each room would help eliminate some of the problem.

Friendly staff, good facilities

Slippy bathroom floor in assisted room, as was a wet room but became slippy after a shower.

Staff on front desk esp Jessica very helpful

First night double bed uncomfortable but the next two nights changed room beds spot on

Amazing staff, yummy breakfast. Really nice chocolate spread 😋

Clean quiet welcoming hotel, staff pleasant and breakfast good

It was very clean and tidy lovely room .

The location suited our purposes very well. A comfortable room and friendly staff.

A fridge or ice machine would be a good addition.
