Rooms require further inspection after housekeeping. Not very clean including a facecloth found under the end table! Ugh. For a Fairmont this hotel did not meet the high end quality I have stayed at in other locations. Too bad.

Travelled across Manitoba and this had the worst bed of all accommodations we had. Slumped in the middle and was a double bed, not even a queen.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations. The restaurant closed at 10pm. These were negative things. However, the staff at the hotel are beyond amazing! Absolutely awesome! They go above and beyond and make up for the physical condition of the hotel. Despite the scaffolding and drilling that started at 8am each morning, I'd stay there again because of the staff. Excellent!
