"Facilities didn't meet expectations for the $$$"

The staff were nice Gym was nice

Rooms were dated. Wall paper pealing in the bathroom. There are no USB chargers anywhere in the room. My room lacked hot water. The pool area doesn't have a hot tub.

"Love the Fairmont but upgrading to decor needed.particularly the stained, ill fitting carpet"

The staff. The Fairmont experience. Welcoming.

Stains on the carpet. Heater quite loud and blew cool air half the time. No fridge.
