The condition of the hotel was unacceptable…. Major repair works taking place in the rooms next door and opposite meant we were woken up by drilling and there was dust and dirt everywhere. Moreover the shower did not work. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I am shocked as the first experience of as excellent. This is well below the standards of acceptable
Friendly stuff nice to walk around just there some Construction work but for me it was ok because I’m in construction business after all it’s nice place and I can recommend it to anyone
Room was great however the hotel has construction works happening and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere so there was loud contruction happening early morning and throughout the day

Renovations are currently taking place at the site; it should not be open to the public. Additionally, they provided me with an unclean room.
Extremely kind staff, pretty gardens on the grounds, and the best breakfast buffet!

Beautiful grounds with many well-cared-for roaming cats. Rooms are large and showers are very good. There is a shopping mall with many good food options right across the street. The breakfast buffet was large and had many interesting options. Staff was excellent.
